FAQ - Can I run Resort Software products on a network?

Yes, indeed you can.

We recommend that you install the actual software on each individual computer workstation and copy your database(s) to a shared folder on a server.  Any number of users can, in theory, access the one shared database at the same time, but due to performance limitations on the Microsoft Access database system, we wouldn't recommend any more than say five users be connected to the same database at the same time.

It's also possible for different Resort Software products to access the same database at the same time.  I.e. you could have one user running Resort Bistro and another running Resort Chef, both editing the same recipe database simultaneously.

NOTE: For multi-user installations you will need to purchase a separate software license for each computer that you intend running the software from.
