We have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for all products. This section has a list of questions and answers regarding many aspects of the program. We'll be adding to this section regularly, so check back frequently. If you have a question regarding any Resort Software product, try browsing the FAQ first as somebody may have already asked the same question. Alternatively, you can search for relevant text on the entire site.

 

If you think you have found a bug in one of our products, please check that you are running the latest release of the program. The history section for each product details every bug fix and new feature implemented in every release of each the programs to date. If you have a problem or a suspected bug, make sure you have the latest release of your program before reporting it to us.
