The stock rollup allows you to insert ingredients and recipes into the stock page of the store form as well as create new items "on the fly".  For example, if you are performing a stocktake and you have counted an ingredient or recipe that you have not previously held in this particular store, you can search for the ingredient or recipe and insert it using the stock rollup.  If an ingredient or recipe that you require does not exist, you can create it quickly using the stock rollup and insert it straight into the store at the same time.  For detailed help on how to use rollups see the topic Rollups.
