There are three primary places and ways to edit unit conversion factors.

 

If you wish to see all conversions associated with a particular unit, then use the Unit Conversions dialog.

 

If you wish to see all of the unit conversions associated with a particular ingredient then use the Unit Conversions page in the Ingredient dialog.

 

If you wish to see all of the unit conversions associated with a particular recipe then use the Unit Conversions page in the Recipe dialog.
