Menus

A menu in Resort Restaurant is just like a menu that you might prepare for your sales outlet.  You build the menu up selecting dishes (retail ingredients and/or recipes) for the menu and separating them into their respective course groupings (i.e. 'Starters', 'Main Courses', 'Desserts', etc.).

 

Resort Restaurant uses menus for menu engineering calculations.  Menu Engineering is a mathematical method for analyzing the relative sales/profit earning performance of a number of dishes on a menu.
