It is possible to view all items assigned to a particular category by looking on the References page of the Category form.  

 

First you will need to open the Category form.

 

This can be done by choosing one of the following methods:

 

•Click on the  toolbar button        or

 

•Select Forms->Categories from the menu bar                or

 

•Click on the icon on the left-hand browser pane of your database form.

 

 

Once the Category form is open, select the category you wish to view from the Category Browser.

 

Select the References page.  A list of all items assigned to the selected category will appear.
