The Resort Software Export Wizard select recipes page allows you to select the recipes you wish to export. See the following image.
It is possible to export the following recipe selections:
•All recipes - will export all available recipes from your database or
•A selection of recipes - will import selected individual recipes or
•A Single Category - will export a selection of recipes assigned to a single category.
All recipes
To export all available recipes, click the "Export all recipes" option and then click the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page. See the following image.
Alphabetical listing
To select individual recipes uncheck the "Export all recipes" option and you can browse in alphabetical order by using the drop arrow to choose the letter the recipe begins with. Once you have selected the recipes you wish to export, click on the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page. See the following image.
A single category
To export a selection of recipes assigned to a particular category click on the category tab of the recipe selection page. This will bring the following screen.
Select different categories by using the drop list to view an alphabetical list. To select the individual recipes from within a category, click the check box beside the recipe name.
Once your selections are complete, click the "Next" button to move to the Links/Associations page.
